We are proud to offer for sale the contents of this extraordinary 10,000 square-feet, 9-bedroom, sprawling canal-side resort home in prestigious Gables Estates. The estate items for sale reflect the quality standards you’d expect in a property of this caliber located in one of Miami’s most exclusive communities. We expect this sale to be very popular so please keep this in mind when planning to visit us.

Among the main features of this estate sale are two magnificent 17th Century tapestries from England. For interesting historical context both pieces were acquired from Manucher Farman Farmaian, Iran’s first ambassador to Venezuela, a frequent guest at the Iranian Shah’s court at the time, an avid collector of carpets and a key signatory of the 1959 Cairo agreement that resulted in OPEC.

The furniture assortment exudes classical elegance and comprises a large selection of chairs, sofas, benches and tables, including upholstered and wood carved pieces, a beautiful leather trimmed desk and chair, a Rooms To Go leather sectional sofa, a leather sofa and armchair set, display cabinets, a dining table, a demilune side table, bar stools and bedroom furniture such as beds, nightstand and armoires.

Home decor for sale includes an impressive selection of decorative vases and urns, lamps, ornaments, many pieces of wall art, a stunning chandelier, ornate wall sconces, a range of large rugs, mirrors and religious pieces. We are also selling an alluring collection of ceramics, porcelains and figurines as well as an impressive array of decorative crockery, silverware, glassware and dishware.

Outside we have for sale a decorative fountain, a concrete bench and table set, various aluminum table and chairs sets, mosaic and glass top tables, pots, plants and planters.

Electronics include flatscreen TVs, a JVC vinyl turntable and an Onkyo hi-fi system. We also have an ISM safe, an entire library full of books, kitchenware and mini-appliances, men’s and ladies’ apparel, a selection of children’s toys, lots of jewelry and plenty more besides.
