We are selling the contents of this enchanting 4 bedroom, 4,400 square feet estate, which is tucked away in a secluded part of Kendall and absolutely brimming with treasures.

This sale features not one but two recreational vehicles (RVs) for sale! We have a 2016 Heartland Wilderness 3175RE, 5th wheel with 3 slide outs, wide track suspension, stab jacks, air conditioning, 3 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator and Queen sized bed in main bedroom. We are also selling a Keystone Sprinter Lazydays 323BHS that sleeps up to 10 with with 3 slide outs, air conditioning and bathroom with shower, as well as indoor and outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave.

From the horse farm previously on this property there is a huge assortment of equestrian collectibles and memorabilia including bronzes, statues, figurines, awards, saddles and other riding items.

We are selling an assortment of collectible plates as well as Waterford crystalware, porcelains, flatware, fine china and dinnerware from popular names like Limoges, Noritake and Spode.

The decor assortment for sale includes a Grandfather clock, wall clocks, ornamental and collectible pieces, a chandelier, lamps, mirrors, vases, urns and more. We are also selling artwork including a piece by American postwar and contemporary painter, Ben W. Essenburg.

Among the many furniture items for sale are leather couches, oversized chairs, display cabinets and recliners. We have some unique antique furniture pieces such as an antique baby crib rocker.

The fashion assortment includes clothing, handbags, shoes and perfumes from designers like Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Steve Madden, Lauren, DKNY, Stuart Weitzman, Cole Haan and many more.

There is a fabulous selection of pots and plants on this estate including orchids, air plants and Staghorns. We have a huge array of coffee table books and an Eastern Press classics set of 100 books. Also for sale are vintage children’s toys, a vintage singer sewing machine, vinyl records, Christmas and Easter decorations, lots of kitchenware, home appliances, generators, tools, trailers for your vehicle and tons more treasures besides.
