We are thrilled to be selling the contents of this super-stylish 5 bedroom, 4,200 square feet estate in an exclusive Pinecrest neighborhood.

The impressive modern furniture assortment features designer brands such as Restoration Hardware, West Elm and Pottery Barn. It includes an elegant 8-seater dining table and chairs set, a farmhouse style sideboard, a four-poster canopy Kingsize and other beds, two large sectional sofas, a 48” round 4-seater dining table and chairs set, office desks and chairs, armchairs, ottomans, nightstands and drawer units, coffee and side tables, a console table, an A/V console, shelving units and a set of bar chairs.

Outside we are selling a Blaze grill, a wooden dining table with chairs and bench set, an armchairs set, tables, loungers, planters, a fire pit and a hammock.

The tasteful home decor selection boasts lamps (including and overhanging floor lamp), mirrors, rugs and decorative pieces as well as framed artwork and photographic prints.

For electronics enthusiasts we are selling 65”, 55” & 42” flatscreen TVs from Elite Screens, Sony and LG, GoldenEar surround speakers, an SVS subwoofer, an iMac computer, an Apple TV and remotes, an Epson projector and screen, a Brother multifunction printer, an Epson laser disc player, a Denon receiver and a Ring security camera.

Gym equipment includes a Teeter inversion table, a StairMaster Stepmill 7000 PT, a workout bench and weights.

In the garage we are selling a Husky tools storage unit, an assortment of tools, a Husky air compressor and ladders.

Kitchen items for sale include several mini appliances, a knives set and a varied selection of kitchenware.

We have a large closet full of men’s clothes and accessories as well as an assortment of ladies’ handbags, vintage jewelry, sunglasses and accessories from brands like Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Armani, Givenchy, Jimmy Choo, Radley, Bottega Veneta, Jadi Luisa, Tods, Barton Perreira, Tim Van Steenbergen, Pineda Covalin, Roberta Di Camerino, Borbonese, Valentino, Alexis Bittar and Swarovski.
